Del Bosque calls and Jordi Alba & Soldier

Roberto Soldado and Jordi Alba has been cited by Vicente del Bosque in the first round ahead of the Euro in Poland and Ukraine. Valencia CF striker and winger played friendlies scheduled in Austria to Serbia (May 26) and South Korea (30 May) and will have to wait until May 27th to see if it definitely is part of the elect who played the tournament this summer. Among the novelties of the 21 invited are Albiol, Isco, De Gea and Beñat.

The national team has made a first selection in the Soldier that has had sole Valencia, although it is a list with many forced absences. Del Bosque could not count on the players of both clubs in Copa del Rey finalists (Athletic Club and Barcelona), and the Spanish players that played Chelsea the Champions League final. Words, Torres and Fernando Llorente, two direct competitors Soldier, could not be cited in this first list.

Defenders: Alvaro Arbeloa (Real Madrid CF), Sergio Ramos (Real Madrid CF), Raul Albiol (Real Madrid CF), Jordi Alba (Valencia CF SAD), Ignacio Monreal (Malaga CF), Juanfran Torres (Madrid SAD C.Atlético ) and Alvaro Dominguez (C.Atlético de Madrid SAD).

Midfielders: Xabier Alonso (Real Madrid CF), Santiago Cazorla (Málaga CF SAD), Beñat Etxebarria (Real Betis), Francisco R. Alarcón 'Isco' (Malaga CF), Javier García (SL Benfica) and Bruno Soriano (Villarreal CF SAD).

Forwards: David Jiménez Silva (Manchester City FC), Jesus Navas (Sevilla CF SAD), Alvaro Negredo (Sevilla FC SAD), Roberto Soldado (Valencia CF SAD) and Adrian Lopez (C. Atletico Madrid).
